Terms and Conditions 

General:                   All reservations must be secured by a valid credit card. 

Credit cards used to pay for an airport reservations will be charged up to 72 hours prior to scheduled pickup. 

Airport Transfers:    Reservations canceled may be subject to a $20 cancellation fee, except  reservations canceled within 2 hours of scheduled pickup, or no shows, which will be billed the full fare including the agreed gratuity.  No shows are defined as no contact from the client within one hour of the flight’s arrival time at the gate, as documented by that airline’s web site.  Scheduled trips effected by airline schedule change, flight cancellation, or involuntary rebooking are not effected by this policy.  (Documentation maybe requested by Linahan Limousine to confirm)                                     

                               Pick ups at locations other than the airport will be billed wait time at a rate of $45 per hour, beginning 15 minutes after scheduled pickup time.  Wait times between 15 minutes and 30 minutes past scheduled pick up will be billed for ½ an hour.  Between 31 minutes and 45 minutes after pick up, clients will be billed ¾ of an hour, and after 45 minutes, a full hour.  Additional hours will be billed a full one hour starting at 61 minutes past pickup. 

                                      Voluntary rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to a $20 rescheduling fee. 

                                      Charter flights where flight information is not available on the internet or telephone are subject to a $45 an hour wait charge beginning at that flight’s scheduled arrival as indicated by the client’s original or updated booking.     

Events:                    Once booked, events are secured by the deposit.  If the event is canceled by the client, the deposit will be forfeited. 

Nights out require a non-refundable deposit of $150 for limousines and sedans and $250 for the Excursion and SUV.

New Year’s Eve event cancellations will be billed in full if canceled after December 23rd. 

Weddings require the same deposit, and the fare will be paid prior to the beginning of service.

Proms require the same deposit, and will be paid in full including gratuity one week prior to the event.  If payment is not received on time, Linahan reserves the right to accept another reservation for that vehicle.  In this case, the client’s deposit will not be refunded. Cancellation within five days of the prom will incur forfeiture of one half the fare.  Cancellation within 48 hours of the prom will incur forfeiture of the entire fare.   

Discount Coupons and Gift certificates:

Gift certificates, discount coupons, “birthday cards” and any other approved premiums must be presented either at time of booking or prior to service for that premium to be honored.  If reserving on the phone, please inform the booking agent that you possess and wish to use your premium.
